JETPACK ATTACK · a one-person studio, so you reach me directly

There's no ticket system and no bot — messages come straight to me. I usually reply within a couple of days.

Reporting a bug

The single most useful thing you can tell me is where it happened. Every level is labelled in the top-left corner of the screen while you play, so "World 16 LV1, the bit after the first wall" gives me somewhere to stand. If you can add your device and iOS version, even better.

Screenshots and screen recordings are very welcome. A five-second clip of something behaving oddly saves an hour of guessing.

Common questions

I lost my progress. Progress is stored on your device only — there's no account and nothing is uploaded, so deleting the app (or deleting a TestFlight build) deletes your save permanently. Updating the app is safe; removing it is not. I can't restore a save from my end, and I'm sorry — it's the honest trade for a game that needs no login and works offline.

The game is too hard / I'm stuck on a Warden. Tell me which one. Each Warden fight is built around the skill its world spent four levels teaching, so if a fight feels unfair it usually means the teaching didn't land — that's my bug, not your problem, and difficulty reports genuinely change the game.

Why am I seeing adverts marked "Test Ad"? During the TestFlight beta the adverts are Google's test adverts. They're deliberately not real: they earn nothing and exist so the timing and fairness of ad placement can be judged before launch.

I tapped a purchase and wasn't charged. Correct — in-app purchases are not connected yet, so anything that looks buyable currently unlocks for free and takes no money. Nothing has been billed to you.

Can I play left-handed? Yes. Settings has a full left-handed mirror, along with auto-fire, reduced motion, high-contrast threat outlines, and separate music and effects volumes.

Does it need the internet? No. The whole campaign plays offline, including on a flight. Adverts simply don't appear when there's no connection.

Privacy and data

The game collects nothing about you. The full detail, including exactly what Google's advert SDK does and how to refuse tracking, is in the privacy policy.
